INDIVIDUAL LEARNING PLANS

During your induction you will form the first part of your Individual Learning Plan (ILP), with the Director of Studies. The aims of the I.L.P. are to:

• Review learning and progress
• Raise targets and motivation
• Identify needs
• Inform choices
• Establish personal, learning and career goals

Subsequent revision of your ILP will be done with your teacher. The review dates will be written clearly on the first page of the plan. With the help of the teacher, you are expected to review your targets and goals looking forward at development of new goals and targets. The review is then signed by both you and the teacher.
