Accommodation

Most Students who attend language courses at CMLA ask us to arrange accommodation, though Students are naturally free to make their own accommodation arrangements, if they prefer.

Host Accommodation:

All our hosts are known to us as they have been interviewed and the accommodation they offer is always inspected every two years. Care is taken to ensure that the family environment is safe and domestic conditions are of a good standard. The hosts recruited come from a wide range of social backgrounds and it is also important to know our hosts reflect the changing society within Britain and may represent a cross-section of ethnic and cultural origins. Many of our hosts have considerable experience in hosting. Hosts provide our Students with a welcoming and comfortable environment, help with understanding the British way of life, provide a clean room and good quality living conditions, and provide meals (breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday).

PRICES

Single room with Bed, Breakfast & Dinner (Monday to Friday) and a light lunch on weekends is £95 per week.

We make every possible effort to match your specific requirement to the circumstances and wishes of the host. Please remember all hosts are subject to availability and we cannot promise a host close to CMLA premises.

If you prefer an alternative to a host, we can arrange hotel or guesthouse accommodation within walking distance of the school. Please e-mail us for further information info@cmla.uk.com

Self-contained private accommodation:

If you choose this type of accommodation we will help you to find a private self-contained one, two or three bedroom flat in Cardiff, however you must sign up to a contract for 6 months or more with the landlord. Many of our Students who decide on this option choose to study long-term at CMLA.

PRICES

Prices range from £700 to £850 per month including bills. It depends on the number of bedrooms you require.

In order for us to assist you with any type of accommodation listed above we must have at least three to four weeks notice in advance, as well as your exact move in dates.
